Gill created this class 5 years ago when she moved to the coast as a Mom of two young kids. She wanted one night a week where she could go out into the community, meet new friends, get a good workout in and have a drink.
This class is the best of both worlds: blending 30 minutes of fun body weight strength training with loud music and 30 minutes of calming yoga to stretch and relax.
Local Community Events
Over the years we've created and participated in a number of local events - a few examples include; Mountain Grind, Soames Grinder, Tough Kegger and many more.
These workshops are learning opportunities for members and non-members to join and gain a little more confidence in the given subject. A chance to ask questions, share stories and get hands on experience.
