Personal Training

Gill loves working one on one with her clients and establishing good form. Her sessions are 1 hr and usually consist of a full body workout, finishing with core and stretch. Whether you are pregnant, getting back into shape, an athlete, training for an event, recovering from an injury or weight loss, Gill has extensive experience to tailor to her clients needs. 



1 hour one on one  - $70

Partner training $45 each,
