Being active and playing sports has always been my happy place ever since I was a little girl. I’ve always felt that movement truly is medicine and I’m a firm believer that exercise is just as important for your physical well-being as it is for your mental well-being. Growing up I played competitive rep soccer (I still play to this day in the SCWSL; go Source!), figure skating, synchronized skating, volleyball, skiing, track & field, and rugby. Fun fact: I took up English horseback riding in my 20s because I always wanted to learn how since I was a kid. It’s truly never too late to try something new! One of my proudest sports achievements was playing varsity rugby for Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario as an outside/inside center and fullback.
When I’m not working out, I enjoy being outdoors hiking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, being by the ocean, and camping with my fiancé and our 2 rescue dogs. My goal during our sessions together is to help you see the power and strength you have both physically and mentally and for you to have fun while you’re at it. I love to see the growth and the smiles on people’s faces when they see just how strong and capable they are while achieving their goals.
I hold a Personal Training Specialist certification with canfitpro.
Personal Training Rates - Varies from trainer to trainer
1:1 - $80/hour
2:1 - $50/hour
Team Training/Corporate Training - $150/hour
