I'm a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and former member of the Women's National Rowing Team. With nearly 10 years experience helping women reconnect with their bodies, I support you to build strength in a fun sustainable way. I've coached classes large and small at Storm Performance and Wildlife Gym in Squamish, BC.
I meet you exactly where you're at - whether you're just starting out, returning after a break, or looking to create a routine that truly supports you. I specialize in working with women who are ready to feel stronger and more confident in a supported non-intimidating space.
My approach is all about increasing body awareness, cultivating self compassion, and focusing on long-term wellness. Together we'll build real world strength, so everyday activities like hiking, biking, and gardening feel easier and more enjoyable.
